Thank you for signing up to be a volunteer. We are so grateful that you want to join us on this amazing journey to nurture kindness and compassion in the world and we are honored by your commitment to serve.

The best way to ensure that you get to volunteer is to fill out the form below by March 19th, and then join us at our volunteer fair to get a sneak peak at the upcoming April Events. Please feel free to indicate several shifts that you are available to volunteer.

All volunteers will receive a confirmation email with the volunteer shifts by April 1st. Please join us at:

SHIFT SELECTION

There are three shifts available to work on any day starting Friday, April 11th and ending Tuesday, April 15th. Most of the volunteer opportunities require being on your feet during your shift. Please be dressed for both inside or outside work. Additionally, some jobs will require more physical activity than others.

Some sample jobs you may be asked to perform are:
• Usher/Greeter
• Information booth staff
• Escort/Runner
• Registration table volunteer (for speakers, sponsors and other volunteers)
• Transportation and parking Assistants

Each of the shifts below will begin with volunteer registration, a quick orientation, and job assignments. During the shift, you may be asked to perform more than one job and/or help at other event venues. Shift times and check-in locations may vary.

• Morning - 8:00am to 12pm (4 hours)
• Afternoon - 11:30am to 4pm (4 1/2 hours)
• Evening - 3:30pm to 8pm (4 1/2 hours)

Please feel free to check multiple shifts. Due to the overwhelming volunteer response, we will do our best to accommodate as many volunteer requests as possible. The Seeds Volunteer team will confirm your shifts in the first week of April.

Saturday, April 12th – Compassion in Action
Location: Qwest Field
Morning (8:30 to 12pm - 3.5hrs)
Afternoon (11:30 to 4pm - 4.5hrs)
Evening (3:30 to 7pm - 3.5hrs)

Sunday, April 13th – Compassion in Action
Workshops & Dialogues
Location: Seattle Center
Morning (8:30 to 12pm - 3.5hrs)
Afternoon (11:30 to 4pm - 4.5hrs)
